Mark Crow – International Scout

Bio: Crow moved into player management following his playing retirement, working with NBA and international player agent Herb Rudoy, scouting and recruiting for the firm then known as I.B.C., now called Interperformances. Prior to his stint with the Hawks, Crow worked in a similar capacity for the Los Angeles Clippers from 1993-2000.

Jason Filippi – European Scouting Coordinator

Bio: Filippi joined the Trailblazers in 2004. After a brief stint as Director of Media Relations for Progresso Castelmaggiore Basketball Club in Italy, he created a European Scouting Service in 1999 specifically designed for NBA teams along with his brother Adam. He worked as a sports agent from 1997 through 1999.
