European Prospects

The Turkish Basketball federation will organize a very important U16 tournament in February and tries to build something similar to the Albert Schweitzer Tournament for the U16 age category.

Today, a press conference was held in Sakarya where the tournament will be played from the 16/2 to the 24/2. The participating teams are impressive and this is probably one of the most interesting tournaments in that age group in Europe. The participants are Germany, Angola, Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine.
