The Nike International Junior Tournament has been played already several days ago. After having analyzed the game of the MVP of the tournament Dario Saric as well as the other prospects in his team KK Zagreb, we are taking a look today at some of the prospects that have not been that much in the focus during our Qualification tournament reports but shined in Barcelona. We will round up the review with an analysis of some “next generation” prospects in a second article following in the next days.

ALBA Urspring doubles the joy

The Team ALBA Urspring had its biggest day in the history of the school when they won both the JBBL and NBBL Title for the season 2010/2011 this Sunday in Ludwigsburg. Both teams managed to beat their opponent in the Final and Ralph Junge (the “father” of the program) could enjoy his success. Let’s check what happened in the two finals.

On Saturday, the semi-finals of the German NBBL and JBBL League have been played in Ludwigsburg. While the NBBL games had some good moments, the level of the JBBL games was a bit poor compared to last year in Bamberg. Here we go for the review of the games.
Adidas Eurocamp 2011: first list

Today, we got a first list of the participants for the Adidas Eurocamp 2011 in Treviso. There might of course be some changes that will happen in the last days because of Playoff games or injuries but as the camp has been put a week later than usual (11-13th June), this will most likely be a definitive participants list this time. During the Easter weekend, the Pasqua Barocca Tournament has been played in Italy with four U16 National Teams competing. Scouting young players and predicting their future is a bit like basketball betting so therefore we are happy that our friend Danny Mills has followed the tournament and has sent us several scouting reports on the players that he liked the most.
