Reyer Venezia, Stella Azzurra Roma, Montepaschi Siena and Virtus Bologna won their quarterfinal and got their ticket to the semifinals of Saturday.

In Day 4 of Italy’s under 19 national finals Assigeco Casalpusterlengo, Pms Moncalieri, Comark Bergamo and Virtus Siena found their way to the quarterfinals after their wins in the barrage between second and third seeded teams of each group.

Day 3 of Italy’s under 19 decided the final rankings for each of the four groups. At the end of the day Montepaschi Siena, Virtus Bologna, Reyer Venezia and Stella Azzurra Roma clinched their spot straight into Friday’s quarterfinals, while Aurora Desio, Virtus Eurobasket Roma, Cus Torino and Basket Rimini Crabs ended their experience in Udine.

The Italian Under 19 finals are taking place in Udine since yesterday (Mon, 27th) to Sunday (Sun, June 2nd). Giovanni Battista Gerometta is one of the observers of the event and he will provide us with daily reports on the Finals. Due to the fact the games are played on two different courts in this report you will find a bit of chronicle and some data about the prospects who played on the main court.

Here we go for the first part of our scouting reports from the Nike International Junior Tournament. The guard group was somehow quite limited in this event but overall you have to add that it was once again difficult to scout all the players in details with two games running parallel at all times.

The Nike International Junior Tournament 2012/2013 came to an end on Sunday afternoon with a well deserved victory for Joventut Badalona. The day was crowned though by a great Final of the Euroleague.
